Day 8 and all is going well. I weighed in at 166, that's about 9.5 lbs. Today's menu is as follows:
Breakfast - cranberry orange pastry, string cheese and peaches.
Lunch - cheesy potatoes, tuna, salad and broccoli
Snack - nonfat yogurt, peaches
Dinner - beef potato wedge, mango, salad, green beans and olives
Dessert - almond biscotti
Water intake for the day 80 oz.
That was actually enough for me. Sometimes I do get a craving here and there but this is where the willpower must kick in. Remember why I started this and forge on. Not to mention the cost. No since in spending the money if you're not going to work it. Life goes on.
