Before and ......that later.

January 6, 2010, my food arrives and I was so ill-prepared and didn't know it until the next day.  I received a big box that was color coded for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Dessert.  Now I know some people felt the food was horrid.  Me personally wouldn't say that.  If you've ever had a tv dinner or one of those frozen dinners at the store, it's around that in test.  While I can enjoy a great meal at let's say Ruth Chris, I don't mind Domino's Pizza.  There was some cereal, some bars, pasta meals, chicken salad, blueberry muffins and more.  There were some things I didn't order; I think these were the free week food.  I kinda laughed, this was stuff I'd only eat this time.  Just my taste in food.  My food arrives and I pack up my food for the next day at work.

January 7, 2010, I'm off to work with my new diet.  I packed an Apple Strudle Scone and a Cheese Tortellini.  Now some of you may know that you are supposed to supplement the diet with your own fruits and vegtables, this is where I was not prepared.  I was getting hungry and had a stressful day so I tried a protein drink mix to help bide my time.  By the time I was off from work, I was ready to kill someone for food.  I immediately went to the store to stock up.  For dinner I had the Italian Flatbread Pizza, jicama and 3/4 cup of carrot juice and chocolate cake.  That was much better.  The next day, life was much better.



Yep, nothing to brag about, I'm actually a bit ashamed that I let myself go this bad.  But that will all change ... hopefully.  Beginning weight 176.5 lbs.
