The Weightloss Continues

Well this morning I got on the scale.  Yippee!! I now weigh 145 lbs.  That makes the grand total 31.5 lbs lost.  I'm in the home stretch now.  What I have been doing is looking into other foods that I can progress to , to maintain my loss.  I found some recipes, alternatives to junk snacks and of course I'll keep up the exercise.  I walk anywhere from 1.5 to 5 miles a day.  I was doing this 7 days a week but now it's about 5 to 6 days.  I need to learn to let the body heal a bit.  All in all I'm doing well, some foods I'm tired of and some not even close.  I'll write more later.
